Annual Appraisals

In its mission, KIT has stipulated that the working together and the leadership culture within KIT are characterized by mutual respect, cooperation, trust and subsidiarity. Collaborative work and modern management culture include a regular dialogue that promotes an active and motivated joint work between the coworker and the leader.

The annual appraisal is the framework for this collaboration and it is carried out at KIT across all levels. It is directed to all KIT coworkers in administration, technology and scientific areas.

The annual appraisal is intended as a relationship-building and development-promoting discussion that can provide an impulse for even better cooperation.
